Payment and VAT
We only accept payment in Pound Sterling and by credit or debit card or PayPal. All prices shown on the website for both items and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.
Changing, cancelling or returning an order
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us using the following details: Email: email@example.com ; or Telephone: (+44) (0)203 542 2909 (lines are open between 9am and 5pm (GMT/BST) Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
To cancel your order before dispatch simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has left our warehouse for delivery, then you’ll need to return any items which are delivered to you. We recommend you use a postal service that insures your contents and gives you proof of postage.
You have 28 days from receipt of the order. Where goods have been opened and/or seals broken a standard 20% handling fee will be applied to any refund.
